The province of Aceh lies on the northern tip of the island of Sumatra. Coffee is Aceh is processed through wet-hulling, where both cherry skin and the parchment layer are removed before the coffee is fully dried. We like Sumatran coffees because they offer an extremely full bodied cup with caramel, spices and low acidity. While we offer this in a medium roast, we find that dark roast lovers really enjoy this coffee.
