The award winning Miranda’s Farms originates from Hawai’i aka “Big Island”, in the Ka’u District. Jose and Berta along with their four children started the farm in 2006. The farm sits on 20 acres in Pahala, Moaula Cloud Rest, a picturesque landscape with the perfect growing conditions for coffee.
This lot of Yellow Caturra was processed by Miguel Meza, a highly respected coffee professional in Hawai’i and beyond. He chose a natural process yeast fermentation that creates an incredible cup profile of Cane Sugar, Blueberry and Brown Butter.
