This fantastic lot is from El Salvador. Produced by Anny Ruth and our friends at Finca Loma La Gloria in the El Balsamo Quetzaltepec region of El Salvador. In 2012, Anny Ruth took over the operations of Finca Loma La Gloria, her fathers farm since 1990. She has since earned an international reputation for excellent quality beans. Loma La Gloria is known for is carefully processed Honey and Natural coffees sorted by varietal. This particular lot is quite special, a Pacamara Yellow Honey giving it an exceptional flavor profile of lychee, agave and dark chocolate.
