Description
A locally grown Red Catuai coffee varietal from MauiGrown Kaanapali Estate located in West Maui. On this project we teamed up with Kupu Spirits, a local Maui distillery that happen to be our neighbors! Through sensory and roast evaluations we found that Kupu’s rye whiskey enhanced the body and flavor profile of this local crop. Tasting notes: caramel, barley, cocoa and sandalwood.
