His farm is on 50 acres in the Clouds Rest area, just west of the town of Pahala. This lot was ranked 4th in the Ka’u coffee auction hosted by Isla Coffees and processed by their team. They chose a double anaerobic washed method to really let this coffee shine. Tasting notes range from hibiscus, jasmine and pineapple.
